固体核磁共振谱仪多尺度实验技术的构建与管理

摘要 固体核磁共振谱仪是目前研究固体和软物质材料结构和动力学的有力工具,在近年的工作中,在固体核磁共振谱仪上系统构建了用于高分子材料结构与动力学检测的系列多尺度核磁共振(nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)实验技术,丰富和完善了NMR谱仪的实验功能并拓展了其应用范围。这项工作充分发挥了NMR的潜在功能,提高了仪器的利用效率。通过制定完善的谱仪操作规程、实验室管理及学生的培训制度,保证了仪器的安全高效运行和学生实验能力的培养。通过积极对外开放交流,推动国内固体NMR在各学科领域的应用。 Solid-state NMR spectrometer is a powerful means to study the structure and dynamics of solid and soft matter.In recent years,a variety of multiscale solid-state NMR experiments for studying the structure and dynamics of polymer have been set up,which have enriched and improved the function of our NMR spectrometer,and extended the scope of application.Our work exerts potential functions of the spectrometer and enhances the proficiency of equipment utilization.The establishment of operating procedures,laboratory management and student training system ensure safe and efficient equipment operation and experimental ability of students.Through active opening exchanges,our work also promotes domestic solid-state NMR applications in various disciplines.
