This article expatiates on the connotation of the efficiency of large-scale instruments,and introduces of the public service system of the large-scale instruments in universities.And then this article points out that strengthening the construction of the public services system is in favor of the large-scale instruments,which plays an important role in personnel training,scientific research and discipline construction in universities,and yields the greatest returns on investment of large-scale instruments.
