摘要
介绍了一种分析土壤中氯苯类有机污染物的实验方法,包括土壤样品的制备、索氏萃取、净化及气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)定量检测等分析步骤。该实验不仅让学生实际掌握了土壤样品中有机污染物分析的全过程,并且深入学习了GC-MS等大型仪器的分析原理及操作方法。
This paper introduces an experiment of the analysis of chlorobenzenes organic pollutants in soils.This experiment has a series of analytical steps including preparation of soil samples,Soxhlet extraction,purification and quantitative detection by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).From the experiment,students could not only master the analytical method of the determination of organic pollutants in soil samples,but also learn the analysis principles and operation measures of GC/MS.
