This paper introduces an experiment of the analysis of chlorobenzenes organic pollutants in soils.This experiment has a series of analytical steps including preparation of soil samples,Soxhlet extraction,purification and quantitative detection by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS）.From the experiment,students could not only master the analytical method of the determination of organic pollutants in soil samples,but also learn the analysis principles and operation measures of GC/MS.
