摘要
为深化专业化教学的特色,在文献调研的基础上,提出了旨在增补溶液浓度和过饱和度测定的结晶实验教改方案,同时设计并加工了相应的间歇实验装置,其中以具体的维生素C水溶液药物体系替代传统的无机盐实验物系。装置运行的结果表明,所建装置不仅运行成本尚适,且具有良好的操控可靠性,测得的结晶浓度与过饱和度变化趋势均与文献报道的结果吻合较好。
To deepen the teaching characteristics of facing specialization for the "Chemical Engineering Principle" course of pharmacy specialty,based on the literature investigation,a teaching reform scheme about adding the determinations of solution concentration and supersaturation was proposed for the crystallization experiment and the relevant batch experiment device of small scale was designed and manufactured,in which the concrete medicine system of vitamin C was selected to replace the traditional experiment system of inorganic salt.The results of device running practice show that the operation cost of the newly developed device is acceptable,and the relative operating and controlling performance is perfect and the change tendencies of the determined curves of concentration and supersaturation are both found to be in good agreement with those reported in literatures.
