摘要
针对类瀑布模型的传统软件工程人才培养模式的局限性,提出一种基于螺旋模型的软件人才培养模式,并探讨了基于该模式下的产学研结合双赢模式及产学研互动平台的构建。
Aiming at the limitations of traditional software talents training mode,this paper proposes a new mode based on spiral model.Then it discusses the pattern of enterprise-university-research cooperation under the spiral software talents training mode and introduces an interactive platform for enterprises and universities.
