高职院校校内实训基地5S管理探析

高职院校将日式企业独特的5S管理理念引入校内实训基地管理中,是一项有益的尝试。推行5S管理对高职实训基地管理水平的提升和实验实训室职业氛围、育人功能的营造具有积极的意义。结合浙江同济科技职业学院校内实训基地管理工作实践,对5S管理的基本内涵、实施策略等进行了探索和分析。

It is an effective attempt to introduce the 5S management theory which is a specific management idea of Japanese enterprise into the higher vocational colleges＇ practice bases.Implementing the 5S management is positive for management level,building profession atmosphere and educating students.This paper researches and analyzes the 5S management＇s fundamental meaning and implementation strategies,integrating the practice bases＇ management in Zhejiang Tongji Vocational College of Science and Technology.
