摘要
通过对高职高专学生顶岗实习的现状和特点分析,提出要做好高职高专学生顶岗实习安全管理工作,需要制订和出台相关法律法规,政府主管部门和学校加强领导,建立专门管理机构,搭建网络管理平台,实行联络员、巡视员制度,建立预案,完善社保,构建高职高专学生顶岗实习安全管理模式。
Through the analysis of the status and characteristics of internship,the safety management of internship must be focused on the following aspects of work： developing relevant laws and regulations,strengthening leadership of government authorities and schools,establishing specialized management agencies,building network management platform,taking adoption of the cooperator and inspector system,establishing plans,improving social security and establishing safety management mode of internship among college students at higher vocational colleges.
