摘要
京津冀区域治理需要建立综合主义的模式,在此观点之上,本文提出了京津冀现阶段需要建立政府主导的治理网络和需要整合的事务,并且从短期、中期和长期分阶段提出了京津冀区域治理的组织模式以及每一阶段需要建立的组织以及每个组织的职能。
Based on the view that the regional governance of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei needs to establish a comprehensive model,this paper holds that it is necessary for Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to set up a government-led governance network at the present stage and this paper further raises the short medium and long-term organizational models of the regional governance of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,organizations of each stage and functions of each organization.
