北京市近年来文化遗产保护情况的观察与思考

Observation and Reflection on the Protection of Beijing's Cultural Heritage in Recent Years

近五年来,北京市文化遗产保护工作实施了许多重大举措,但也面临着一些实际问题。为了促进北京市的文化遗产保护工作,本文提出了几点建议:尽快制定《北京市非物质文化遗产保护条例》;增强地方党政领导的文化遗产保护意识;加大文化遗产保护执法力度;确立北京市的"文化遗产保护宣传月";建设保护文化遗产的民间队伍;招聘年轻人进入事业单位,让他们安心地跟随非物质文化遗产项目代表传承人学习;加大公共文化设施对公民的开放度。

Over the past five years,there are some practical problems in the work of Beijing＇s cultural heritage protection although a lot of major measures were implemented.This paper puts forward several advices in order to promote Beijing＇s cultural heritage protection work： enacting as soon as possible Regulations of Beijing Municipality on Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage;enhancing leaders＇ awareness of cultural heritage protection;strengthening law enforcement of cultural heritage protection;establishing Beijing＇s Cultural Heritage Protection Month;creating NGOs of cultural heritage protection;recruiting young people into institutions so that they can learn comfortably from inheritors of intangible cultural heritage;opening increasingly public cultural facilities to citizens.
