正交实验优选复方逍遥合剂的水提取工艺

Optimization of the Water Extraction Process of Compound Xiaoyao Mixture by Orthogonal Experiment

目的:优选复方逍遥合剂水煎煮提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验以黄芩苷含量为考察指标,以浸泡时间、加水量、提取次数及提取时间为考察因素,优选最佳工艺条件。结果:水煎煮提取工艺的最佳参数为:提取次数为2次,提取时间为每次1.5 h,加水量为6倍,浸泡时间为30 m in。结论:优选的复方逍遥合剂提取工艺能较好地保证制剂的质量。

Objective：To optimize the water extraction process of Compound Xiaoyao Mixture.Methods：An orthogonal test design with L9（34） table was used to test the four main factors of extraction process,taking the content of Baicalin as index.Results：The optimized parameters of best extraction were established：extraction,twice,1.5 hours for each time;being soaked for 30 minutes;quantity of water,6 times of the herb.Conclusions：The extraction process shows stabilization and feasibility and can be available for industrial production at large scale.
