摘要
和谐社会是党提出的一个新命题,而社会阶层结构的整合又是构建和谐社会的关键。目前我国社会阶层结构不合理,且各阶层利益冲突已呈明显化态势,对和谐社会建设产生诸多不利影响。对此,首先要强化政策引导与支持,扩大中等阶层比重,同时建立合理的利益协调机制和利益表达机制,提高对弱势群体的关怀力度。
