从富士康事件看新生代农民工的劳动权益保护

"新生代农民工"又被称为"第二代农民工"、"青年农民工",从富士康事件入手,透视出当前新生代农民工劳动权益保护面临的一些问题,如新生代农民工普遍要求体面劳动,难以忍受低工资、低权利的工作现状,各种因素导致农民工在维护自身权益方面处于弱势地位,相关政府部门、工会组织的不作为,更加重了这种弱势。在保障就业的前提下,积极维护农民工的合法劳动权益,加强维权组织建设,构建社会支持网络,转变低工资、低权利的发展管理模式,就成为解决问题的关键所在。

Through Fushikang events,many problems were discovered in the protection of new-generation migrant rural workers＇ rights and interests.They want decent work and couldn＇t bear low wages and low rights.And they are in disadvantage when protecting their rights and interest.Wrong governmental behavior,weakness of Labor Union even make the situation worse.On the assumption of employment,we should protect their legitimate rights and interests actively.The construction of organization in maintaining legal rights,the building of social support networks,the transition of low-wages,low-rights development model should be the crux of the resolution.
