摘要
调查显示,广州市"两新组织"青年迫切需要解决的5大问题依次为:"提高工资收入"、"住房问题"、"就业指导"、"恋爱情感问题"、"权益保障"。此外,"70后"青年的"健康"压力更突显,"80后"青年的"家庭"压力更突显,"90后"青年的"学习"压力更突显。基于对广州市"两新组织"青年的实地调研,了解青年的生活及需求现状,提出共青团有效服务青年的相关建议。
The survey shows that the 5 urgent questions of Two New Organizations are： salary increase,housing,employment guidance,love affair and right protection.What＇s more,health problems for those born in 1970s are more severe,family pressures for those post-1980s are greater,while study stress for post-1990s are stronger.Based on the survey of members in Two New Originations,the thesis puts forward the suggestions for CYL to serve young people effectively.
