摘要
知识在跨国公司内的转移是其建立竞争优势的关键,但知识转移既存在转移成本又存在转移障碍,如何促进知识在跨国公司内的转移或流动一直是学者们研究的主题。本文从知识治理角度探讨了以子公司为知识输出主体的跨国公司内部知识转移的治理安排,分析了当前跨国公司知识转移治理的复杂性及其相关的治理问题——动机问题、代理问题、认知问题、转移成本和沟通问题,并基于相关文献探讨了解决这些问题的治理机制。
It is a key to building competitive advantage that knowledge is transferred across geographical borders in the network of multinational corporations.But knowledge transfer not only produces costs but also has many obstacles.How to promote knowledge moving within MNCs then becomes a focus in the research field.This paper studies the governance approach helping internal knowledge transfer centered on subsidiaries output in MNCs from the perspective of knowledge governance.The paper analyzes the complexity of knowledge governance in the evolving MNCs and related problems of governance: motivation,agent problem,cognitive problem,transfer cost and communication.For solving these problems the paper proposes a general framework of governance mechanism.
