经脐单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿去顶减压术8例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 8 cases of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic fenestration in hepatic cyst

目的：探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿去顶减压术治疗单纯性肝囊肿的可行性及安全性。方法：回顾分析2009年5月至2010年5月为8例单纯性肝囊肿患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿去顶减压术的临床资料。结果：8例手术均获成功。手术时间30~75min,平均40.8min。术后平均住院3.7d。术后随访2~12个月,平均7个月,除1例患者原有的小囊肿增大外,无再发病例。结论：经脐单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿去顶减压术虽然较传统的多孔腹腔镜手术操作略复杂,但安全有效,腹壁无可见疤痕,患者创伤小,痛苦轻,康复快,住院时间短。

Objective：To explore the feasibility and safety of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic fenestration in simple hepatic cysts.Methods：The clinical data of 8 patients with simple hepatic cyst,who received transumbilical single-port laparoscopic fenestration from May 2009 to May 2010,were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The procedures were successfully performed in 8 cases,and the duration of operation was 30-75min,40.8min on average.The average postoperative hospital stay was 3.7d.During the 2 to 12 months（7 months on average） postoperative follow-up,no recurrence was found besides one patient,whose original small cyst increased.Conclusions：Though the transumbilical single-port laparoscopic fenestration in simple hepatic cysts is more complicated than the traditional multiple ports laparoscopic operation,it is still feasible and safe.This kind of operation is of no visible scar at abdominal wall,less trauma and pain,quicker recovery and shorter hospital stay.
