摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜术后切口疝的原因及防治对策。方法:回顾分析2000年1月至2010年3月9例腹腔镜术后切口疝患者的临床资料。结果:9例手术均获成功,其中7例术中用补片行腹膜前修补。术后均顺利恢复。结论:腹腔镜术后切口疝与肥胖、切口部位及大小、年龄、术后护理等有关。做好围手术期管理,术后切口疝是能避免的。
Objective：The purpose of the present study was to investigate the cause,prevention and treatment of incisional hernia following laparoscopic surgery.Methods：The clinical data of 9 cases with incisional hernia following laparoscopic surgery from Jan.2000 to Mar.2010 was retrospectively analyzed.Results：Operations were successfully performed in 9 cases.Among them,7 cases underwent preperitoneal repair with patch.The postoperative recovery was uneventful.Conclusions：The incisional hernia following laparoscopic surgery is related to obesity,incision position and size,age,and postoperative nursing.Better perioperative management is an effective way to avoid incisional hernia.
