National education security is vital to the construction of the whole national security system.Since the 2nd World War,U.S.attaches great importance to the strategic plan for the national education security.Answering the Challenge of a Changing World： Strengthening Education for the 21st Century is an important report which introduces the strategic plan on U.S.national education security.It aimes to innovate education reform,improve mathematics and the scientific knowledge,advance the school performance,and promote freedom and understanding.We need to pay attention to our national education security and reinforce our international competitiveness.
