摘要
运用大学生感戴自评量表对大学生的感戴状况进行调查,研究表明绝大多数学生表现出正向感戴品质,大学生感戴深度状况好于大学生感戴广度状况,大学生感戴广度状况又好于大学生感戴密度状况,而且差别显著。根据感戴理论,大学生感恩教育应该知、情、行统一培养,培养大学生的感恩认知能力,克服大学生的自我中心性。
We have investigated to knowthe present situation of gratitude in College students by the college's students' self--rating scale. The results show that the most college students have positive quality of gratitude. The depth of college students' gratitude is better than the span (frequency) of college students' gratitude. The span (frequency) of college students' gratitude is better than the density of college students' gratitude. And that their difference is very significant. According to theory about gratitude, we should develop jointly college students' understanding, emotion and behavior of gratitude in gratitude education. We should foster college students' cognitive ability of gratitude and overcome college students' egocentrism.
