On the Application of Attitude Balance Theory in the Task of University Counselors

辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,要促进大学生的思想良性改变,需要借鉴心理学规律。基于海德"平衡理论",辅导员一是要提高学生对自身的情感认同度,二是要提高自身的权威性,最终实现学生情感、认知的转变。

University counselors play the main pole in the university Students＇ Ideological and Political Education . In order to change the Ideological and Political system of students, university counselors needs to lean and use the Psychology law. According to Heider＇s of Attitude Balance Theory, university counselor should firstly make students affection accept him, secondly improve the his credibility, lastly change the two factors of cognition affection and behavior.
