论我国转基因水稻产业化的知识产权战略实施

On the Strategic Implementation of Intellectual Property Rights in China's Industrialization of Transgenic Rice

我国转基因水稻已获国家安全证书,即将进入商业化的种植。在转基因水稻产业化中,其知识产权的战略实施非常重要。在世界知识产权战略形势严峻以及我国已有知识产权总体战略环境下,通过对我国转基因水稻知识产权战略中的技术准备和制度支持状况的探讨,进而分析我国现阶段的转基因水稻知识产权战略在准备与实施中存在的问题,提出了相应的策略选择,以完善我国转基因水稻产业化的知识产权战略。

Genetically modified rice in China has been awarded with the National Security Certificate, and is about to be launched into the commercial cultivation in due time. During the industrialization of the transgenic rice, the strategic implementation of its intellectual property is very important. In view of the grim situation of intellectual property strategy in the world and the overall strategy of intellectual property rights in China, the paper discussed the technical preparation and institutional support for the intellectual property strategy in our country＇s industrialization of transgenic rice, analyzed the existing problems, and proposed the measures and strategies for improvement.
