摘要
本文以旧城更新改造的可持续发展为目标,以"驱动力—压力—状态—影响—响应(DPSIR)"模型作为旧城更新改造可持续评价体系构建的框架模型,构建旧城更新改造可持续评价指标体系,并以南京市秦淮区为例,运用多因素综合指数评价法和熵值法,进行实证研究。通过对评价结果的分析,验证了评价体系的可行性和合理性,为我国现阶段旧城更新改造过程中的可持续评价,提供了新的思路和方法。
With "Driving-force/Pressure/State/Impact/Response (DPSIR)" conceptual model as the goal and guideline of sustainable development of old city renovation, the old city renovation behaviors were analyzed. And on this basis, the evaluation system for renovation sustainability of old city was built. With the case of Qinhuai District as an example, Nanjing, the renovation was evaluated quantitatively with the method of composite index evaluation in 2003--2008. The evaluation results were analyzed in detail combined with the practice of renovation in Qinhuai District, Nanjing. Finally verified were the feasibility and rationality of the evaluation system.
