摘要
对4头长白后备种公猪进行细胞遗传学分析,发现1头公猪具有异常核型。经染色体组型、G-分带、C-分带分析,确定该公猪携有染色体13/17易位,其核型为2n=37,XY,rob(13/17)。该公猪的3头(♀)同父半同胞中,有2头携有13/17易位。该公猪的父亲也携有13/17易位,表明先证者公猪的13/17易位不是自发产生的,而是由其父亲遗传得来的。
It was found that one out of 4 exsamined candidate boars of Landrace breed carries an abnormal karyotype. By means of karyotyping, G-and C-banding analyses, the karyotype was determined as follows:2n=37,XY,rob(13/17).The proband boar's father,in-troduced from Canada in 1986, also carries a 13/17 translocation. Two out of 3 heads of the proband boar's half-sib sisters sired by the same boar carry a 13/17 translocation too.The results indicated that the proband boar's 13/17 translocation was inherited from his father, not spontaneously occurred.
