摘要
研究主要的目的是了解大陆员工对于台商所给予的工作环境、工作教育训练以及工作薪资福利满意度现况,次要是想要探讨大陆员工的特质和忠诚度与工作教育训练及工作薪资福利之间有正向的关联性。随着2008年元月1日大陆的劳动合同法开始实施,台商所需要成本负担大幅提高,有了基本工资的保障,提升了大陆员工的生活质量,也影响了民生意识抬头,使得员工懂得捍卫自己的权利,尽管因为政府法规的实施有了许多变革之余,发现在薪资福利与忠诚度上有显著关系,且工作教育训练对于公司的忠诚度也有了显著关系,表示了大陆地区的员工逐渐重视了公司制度体系。研究在大陆鞋厂对于管理阶层以及基层员工发放问卷,以Cronbach`s α值检定量表的信度、利用单因子变数分析员工人口因素在薪资福利及教育训练之间的差异性,在运用回归分析验证本研究所提出之研究假说。大陆经济起飞,尽管后来的新兴投资企业渐渐往越南、印度尼西亚发展,大陆依然是企业眼中的一块大饼,丰沛的人力则是企业最大资源。
With increased global competition,the enterprises with international vision expand their businesses into foreign countries.In addition,China has become one of the largest attractive places for foreign investments.The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between job environments and job satisfaction of the employees between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan. Further,the study will select the employees of Shoes Industry in the Chinese mainland as subject.After use stratified and purposive sampling,the research delivers 600 questionnaires to select companies in the Chinese mainland.The data are analyzed by a variety of statistical methods,such as canonical correlation analysis,regression analysis,hierarchical regression analysis and ANOVA. As a result,this research will take a deep discussion with the conclusions and present the contributions and suggestions as references for the enterprises.
