浅析牧民定居工程的实施效益——新疆和静县X村的个案研究

Analysis on Resettlement of Herdsmen——A Case of X Village in Hejing County of Xinjiang

牧民定居工程的根本目的在于保护生态已显脆弱的草原,也旨在为生产生活水平相对滞后的牧民走上脱贫致富开辟道路。国家投入巨资实施牧民搬迁定居的效果究竟如何,这是牧民定居工程实施的关键所在。笔者通过对新疆和静县X村定居牧民的定居生产生活进行调查研究,探究牧民定居工程的实施效益,并试图就此提出牧民定居的建议,以供商榷。

The main purpose of the migration project of herdsmen lies in protecting the ecologically invulnerable grasslands and finding ways to promote the living conditions of the herdsmen.The results of the migration project of herdsmen with a large investment by the state matters most.The author tries to assess the effects of the migration project of herdsmen through studying the living conditions after resettlement of the herdsmen in X Village in Hejing County,Xinjiang to recommend some suggestions on resettlement of herdsmen for discussion.
