摘要
二十一世纪是低碳经济时代,饭店的经营管理也要适应这一时代的新要求,通过分析日常经营管理中的不足,找到打造"低碳"饭店的途径,为低碳经济时代的饭店管理做出有益的探索。
As the twenty-first century is the era of low-carbon economy,the hotel operation and management must adapt to the new requirements of the times.The paper analyses the deficiencies of management in the daily operation,reveals the channel for "low-carbon" hotel so as to make a beneficial exploration for hotel management in an era of low-carbon economy.
