摘要
集成压力传感器通常只能提供与输入压力成正比例、满量程输出为几十毫伏的模拟信号,必须进行信号调理,才能满足后续仪表和检测系统的采集要求。基于这种需求而设计的信号调理电路,主要实现温度补偿、信号放大、非线性补偿等功能。
Integrated pressure sensors provide,in general,only proportional analog signals of input pressure and output of full quantum 100mv.It is necessary to regulate signals to meet the requirements of collection for the further measuring devices and test system.Based on the needs,the paper designs a signal regulating circuit which realizes the functions of temperature compensation,signal amplification and nonlinear compensation.
