摘要
MSTTS是一个能够将文本转化成语音的引擎。在Delphi中,利用TTS语音朗读引擎设计应用程序,能轻易实现英语的流利朗读,对于一些发音不好的英语学习者有极大的帮助。
MSTTS is an engine that can transform the text in to pronunciation.To design application program using the TTS pronunciation engine in Delphi,can realize fluent English reading easily,and has enormous help for some English learner who are unsatisfieatory on pronunciation.
