摘要
山东省旅行社规模小,行业集中度低,竞争程度更加激烈,其经营模式和盈利模式已经尘埃落定,竞争的焦点转向品牌和人才的竞争。由于急功近利,这两点恰恰是山东旅行社的弱点,特别是人才流动问题,很多旅行社更是束手无策。文章针对山东旅行社人才流动问题,通过多方调研,在分析大量调研资料的基础上,以人力资源管理的基本理论为基础,分析总结了产生这个问题的原因,期图对山东省旅行社的人才建设提供依据和思考。
Shandong travel agency is developing a keen competition for their small-scale and dispersion.As operation pattern and profit mode are getting clear,brands and talents are the key factors for the competition.However Shandong travel agency has done a bad job on them,especially on personnel flow.Based on various investigations and numerous research data and theory of human resource management the paper conducts a close analysis on problems of personnel flow in Shangdong travel agency hoping to provide the basis and thoughts on talents' construction.
