摘要
结合实验与生产实际探讨了汽车涂装生产线表面调整剂的温度、pH值、浓度、表面调整时间等因素对磷化成膜效果的影响,得出表面调整的最佳工艺条件,提高了整车涂装质量。
The influence factors on phosphating film of pre-dip in automotive painting process such as temperature,pH,concentration and time etc.were studied and discussed in this paper according to experiments and actual production.Finally we find the optimum conditions of surface adjustment.The quality of automotive coating was improved.
