摘要
本文研究了MgOTiO2ZnO系统陶瓷,用其制成多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC),其优点是具有正温度系数(αc=90±20ppm/℃)、高Q(Q10000)、高频谐振频率达690MHz(C=31pF),重点讨论了容量阻抗频谱.
MgO TiO 2 ZnO(MTZ) system ceramic have been studied in the paper.The advantages of MLCC prepared from this system ceramic material are positive temperature coefficient of capacitance ( α c =90±20ppm/℃),high Q(Q 10000),high working frequency,the resonant frequency ( C =31pF) is up to 690MHz.Changes of capacitance and impedance with frequency were discussed principally.
