摘要
成熟的组织文化作为大型跨国公司的典型标志,在其全球化的过程中,出于自主或者非自主的因素,都会受到东道国的文化影响。而当东道国是各地区存在地域文化差异的中国时,这一问题变得尤为明显。论文探讨组织文化所受到的地域文化的影响,以及这种影响对于跨国公司调整其管理方式的启示。
Mature organizational culture is the symbol of multinationals,which can be effected,on the conscious or unconscious levels,by the local culture of the host countries during the expansion processes.This is a remarkable phenomenon especially when the host country,such as China,which possesses culture diversity.This paper discusses the influence of local culture on organizational culture and its implications for the adjustment of the mode of management in the multinationals.
