高职物流管理专业工学三维融合模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Three-Dimensional Work-Study Integration Mode in Higher Vocational Logistics Management Major

顶岗实习是高职院校有效推进工学结合人才培养模式的最重要的形式，也是培养高技能人才的重要途径。珠海城市职业技术学院物流管理专业，经过几年的探索，以工学三维融合、三层培养一体，建立校内生产性实训，校外企业等用人单位顶岗实习的模式，把高职院校学生技能训练成为产学合作、工学结合的最有效方式。

Internship is the most significant means of promoting the talents cultivation mode of Work-Study Combination in vocational colleges and also an important way for training highly skilled talents. The major of logistics management of Zhuhai City Polytechnic has established a mode of productive practice on campus and internship at enterprises outside the school in way of three-dimensional work-study integration, to establish skill training for vocational college students as the most effective means of industry-academy cooperation.
