《思想道德修养与法律基础》课“法律基础”部分教学方法改革初探

Exploration of Teaching Methods of ＂Fundamental Laws＂ in the Course of Morals, Ethics and Fundamentals of Law

2005年开始的“两课”改革给新课程《思想道德修养与法律基础》课的教学带来了系列难题。经过多年的教学探索，认为在教学方法上应注意了解受众群体特点，按需讲授；适当运用案例教学，增强教学实效；加强实践教学，发挥学生主体性，可以有效地应对法律基础部分教学面临的难题。

The teaching reform of the course of Marxist theory and the course of political theory since 1995 has presented a series of challenge for the teaching of the new course Morals, Ethics and Fundamentals of Law. After years of teaching exploration, the author deems that the following points with regard to teaching methods should be considered in view of addressing the challenge： first, the characteristics of target audience need to be understood for meeting their demands; second, case-based teaching can be applied for strengthening teaching effects; practice teaching ought to be enhanced to bring student dominance into full play.
