摘要
目的:探讨产前二维超声诊断胎儿唇裂畸形的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析21例胎儿唇裂畸形的超声图像特点与随访结果,并对结果进行分析。结果:21例胎儿经产后或引产后确诊为胎儿唇裂畸形,二维超声准确率100%。其中17例为单侧性,3例为双侧性,1例为中央性;15例为单纯性唇裂,3例为中央性唇裂合并脊柱裂,3例为单侧性唇裂合并脑积水。结论:产前二维超声诊断胎儿唇裂畸形价廉,简单,可重复,准确率高,具有很大的临床价值。
Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of prenatal two-dimensional ultrasound（ 2D -US） in fetal cleft lip malformation. Methods：Retrospective analyses of 2D - US image as well as the follow - up findings were made in 21cases with fetal cleft lip malformation and summarized their abnormal ultrasound imaging characteristic. All the data were analyzed. Results： 21 cases were proved into fetal cleft lip malformation by postpartum or after induced abortion, and the accuracy rate was 100%. Among 21 cases, 17 cases were unilateral cleft lip, 3 cases were bilateral, the rest one was central. 15 cases were simple cleft lip, 3 cases is a central cleft lip with spinal bifida and the rest 3 cases were unilateral with hydrocephalus. Conclusion：Prenatal ultrasound has very important clinical value in diagnosis of fetal cleft lip malformation.
