水电站数字智能视频监控探讨

An investigation of digital intelligent video monitoring in hydropower plant

介绍了视频监控在水电站中的应用范围、发展历程,对水电站智能视频监控做了探讨,并提出将高斯混合模型GMM应用于智能视频监控活动目标侦测。结果表明,该算法具有良好的效果,可用于水电站智能视频检测。

This paper introduces application scope of video monitoring in hydropower plant,its development process,conducts an investigation of intelligent video monitoring in hydropower plant and proposes that Gauss mixed model GMM can be applied for movable targets by intelligent video monitoring.The results show that the algorithm has good effects and can be used in intelligent video monitoring in hydropower plant.
