为教育公平祛魅——对结构功能主义教育公平观的再思考

摘要 结构功能主义技术—功能论的教育公平观认为通过机会均等的教育与职业的联系,激励社会层级流动,实现社会公平正义,对转型中国公共教育制度构建与教育政策影响深远。实践中的精英复制,使之黯然失色。为教育公平祛魅,警惕政治国家利用教育公平弱化公民社会,回归政治国家公共资金提供者与教育权利保障者角色,是实现教育公平,最终实现社会公平的必由之路。 Structural functionalism's technology-functionalist educational equality regards that we can encourage the class mobility through the contacts between education of equal opportunities and professions to achieve social fairness and justice which has a profound impact on building the transformation of China's public educational system and educational policies.The elite reproduction in practice makes it eclipsed.Disenchantment for educational equity and guarding against the use of educational equity by political state in weakening civil society and returning to the role of political state as public finance providers and guarantor of the educational right is to achieve educational equity and ultimately the only way to achieve social equity.
