世界各国特别是一些发达国家,都将基础教育课程改革作为增强国力、积蓄未来国际竞争实力的战略措施加以推行。各国都力图通过改革基础教育课程,调整人才培养目标,改革人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量。世界基础教育改革对我国基础教育的影响以及我国基础教育课程所存在的问题、弊端等诸多方面决定了我国基础教育改革势在必行。

The countries all over the world,especially developed countries regard the reform of basic education course as a strategy of enhancing national strength and accumulating international competitiveness in the future.These countries attempt to adjust talent training objectives,reform talent training modes and improve talent training quality through reforming basic education course.The influence of international basic education reform on China＇s basic education and the problems and disadvantage existing in China＇s basic education course as well as other aspects determines the necessity of China＇s own basic education reform.
