摘要
本文的研究是在实验室工作基础上进行的中间试验和生产试验,研究的结果表明,与传统工艺相比,大麻的沤麻周期缩短幅度达75.4%;亚麻的沤麻周期缩短幅度达76.8%;同时混合出麻率和长麻率也有一定程度的提高,沤麻液的环境指标相应降低。使用该技术每加工一吨亚麻原茎净收益248元,同时新技术的使用有明显的生态效益和社会效益。
This article is the results of intermediate test and production test based on laboratory test,the results show that,compared with the traditional processing,the period of retting cannabis is much shortened 75.4%;the period of retting flax is much shortened 76.8%;at the same time,there is a improvement for the percentages of fiber and long fiber,and the environmental indices of flax retting liquid reduce.It will net 248 yuan by the technology to process every one ton of flax stems,while it has obvious ecological and social benefits.
