口服精胺对哺乳仔猪小肠生长的影响 被引量:6

Effect on Weaning Piglets Intestine by Oral of Spermine

摘要 选取大约克仔猪60头,随机分为两组,试验组口服精胺0.4 mmol.kg-1 BW.d-1,对照组口服生理盐水,1次.d-1,持续3 d。在哺乳的第11、14、18、21、25天屠宰仔猪,比较仔猪小肠生长状况。结果显示,第14、18、21天试验组仔猪空肠重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第14和18天试验组仔猪十二指肠黏膜重量显著高于对照组仔猪(P<0.05),第14天试验组仔猪空肠黏膜重量显著高于对照组仔猪(P<0.05),表明口服精胺具有短期促进哺乳仔猪小肠生长发育的作用。 To study effect on weaning piglets intestine by oral of spermine.Sixty weaning piglets were cho-sen to be randomly divided into 2 groups,the test group was feed with spermine by 0.4 mmol·kg-1 BW,orally 1 daily,continuous 3 days,the control group was feed with physiological saline.Compared weaning piglets intestine growth conditions between test groups and control groups which slaughtered at the 11th,14th,18th,21th,25th days.The results showed that jejunum weight of test groups weaning piglets significantly higher than the control group at 14th,18th,21th days,duodenal mucosal weight of test groups weaning piglets significantly higher than the control group at 14th and 18th days,jejunal mucosal weight of test groups weaning piglets significantly higher than the control group at 14th days(P0.05).The test result showed that oral spermine were promote piglet intestinal growth role short-termly.
