康乐锌与氧化锌不同配比对断奶仔猪应用效果研究

摘要 选择120头体重7~8 kg的杜×长×大仔猪,随机分成5个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6头,分别在基础日粮中以硫酸锌形式添加锌120 mg.kg-1以及氧化锌1 kg.t-1+康乐锌2 kg.t-1、氧化锌1 kg.t-1+康乐锌3 kg.t-1、氧化锌3 kg.t-1和康乐锌3 kg.t-1,试验期4周。结果表明,添加高锌能提高断奶仔猪日增重和降低料肉比,且以两者配合(氧化锌1 kg.t-1+康乐锌3 kg.t-1组)效果最好,全期平均日增重提高10.33%,料肉比降低5%~6%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。高锌对断奶仔猪腹泻率有显著影响(P<0.01)。高锌使仔猪粪便中锌排泄量增加(P<0.01),铜的排泄量减少(P<0.05),添加康乐锌3 kg.t-1组猪粪便中锌排泄量较添加等量氧化锌减少40.7%。
