摘要
将灰色关联理论用于江苏省高新区自主创新能力评价中,建立了基于灰色关联分析的江苏省高新区自主创新能力评价模型.模型采用灰色关联分析将评价因素间的不完全确知关系进行白化,减少了主观因素的影响,提高了评价结论的准确性,为高新区自主创新能力评价提供了一种有用的方法.
Grey incidence analysis was applied to evaluating independent innovation capability of Jiangsu High-tech Industry Development Zones.Based on grey incidence analysis,an evaluation model was established.The model can whiten the relationship between evaluating factors that are not completely known.Also,it can reduce the influence of subjective factors.The evaluation is more accurate.
