供应链质量管理免疫的内涵及机理研究

Study on the Connotation and Mechanism of Supply Chain Quality Management in View of Immunology

借鉴生物免疫的机理,对供应链中的产品质量进行管理,使供应链系统能够快速有效地识别产品的质量变异,对未知潜在的质量危害进行有效防范。从生物免疫的视角提出了供应链质量管理免疫内涵构成的两个理论维度,即由供应链质量文化形成的固有免疫系统和由各种质量管理实践构成的获得性免疫系统,并阐述了这两类免疫系统组成的供应链质量管理免疫模型的运行机理。从供应链质量文化观、人才选拔机制、供应链成员企业间的组织关系及信息交流平台四个方面提出具体的实施策略,防止供应链质量管理免疫缺陷的产生。

To make the supply chain system available to identify the variation of the product quality quickly and effectively,the quality control in the chain was studied in view of biological immunology to prevent the product quality from latent unknown damages.Two dimensions of the immunology-based supply chain quality management were proposed theoretically,i.e.,the inherent immune system formed by the culture of supply chain quality management and the acquisitive immune system based on the practical experience in the management.Then,an immunological model based on the two systems was developed for the supply chain quality management with its operation discussed.How to perform the immunology-based strategy of supply chain quality management emerging with immune defects avoidable,the four aspects were discussed in depth,i.e.,the culture of the supply chain quality management,talent selection mechanism,organizational relation between the members of supply chain and information exchange platform.
