加强和改进中等职业学校学生思想道德教育的对策分析

An Analysis of the Measures to Ideological Education on Students of Middling Vocational Schools

目前,我国在校中职学生已达相当数量与规模,中职生的思想道德状况直接影响着我国未来产业大军的素质。加强和改进中职学生思想道德教育工作,要立足于新形势、新情况,努力创新和探索中等职业学校思想道德教育工作运行模式,从体制和机制上创新中职学生思想道德教育的工作思路,增强中职生思想道德教育的针对性、时代性与实效性。

At Present,the student number of middling vocational schools in China is increasing fast,and therefore the ideological education on these students is becoming more important.The paper intends to explore new methods concerned to strengthen students＇ ideological education and make this kind of education more effective.The paper also puts forward some countermeasures to the ideological education on the students in middling vocational schools.
