摘要
于同一湖中设置聚乙烯网箱(5m×5m×25m)10个,分为5组,每组2个网箱,放养2龄鲤鱼。第1、2、3组放养尾重153.58g,第4、5组放养尾重320.24g。第1、4组鱼给予本课题组配制的鲤鱼复合维生素添加剂,第2组给予VM-101复合维生素添加剂,第3、5组给予“鱼乐牌”鱼用复合维生素添加剂。饲养133 d。结果,第1组鱼增长率分别比第2、3组提高6.02%和18.12%;第4组鱼增长率比第5组提高14.28%。第1组鱼肥满度高于第3组,但与第2组相比无统计学差异。第1组鱼鲜肉粗蛋白含量高于第2、3组。第1~5组的饵料系数分别为3.02、3.27、4.20、3.07、和4.30。
Two-year-old carps pursed in 10 polyethylene cages in the same lake were divided into 5 treatment groups of 2 cages in each to observe effect of 3 kinds of vitamin premix on growth of carps. The beginning average weight of carps in group 1,2 and 3 was 155.58 g, and that of group 4 and 5 was 320.24 g. The carps of group 1 and 4 were given vi -tamin premix prepared by the authors' laboratory, group 2 received 'VM-101' vitamin premix, and group 3 and 5 consumed'YULEPAI'vitamin premix for 133 days. The gross growth efficiency(GGE) value of carps in group 1 was 6.02% and 18.12% above that in group 2 and 3,respectively. The GGE value of group 4 increased by 14.28% over that of group 5. The full-growth coefficient value of group 1 was significantly higher than that in group 3, but no statistical difference as compared with group 2. The content of crude protein in the flesh of carps in group 1 was more than that in group 2 or 3. The feed conver-sion efficiency (feed consumption/weightgain)values of group 1-5 were 3.02, 3.27, 4.20, 3.07 and 4.30, respectively.
