Loosing Tube Manufacturing Process and Technology for Large Size Optical Fiber Ribbon

本文介绍一种Φ8～Φ12mm大管径光纤带松套管生产线，包括生产线的生产工艺流程、余长产生原理、余长控制方法。有一些是经过两年多的生产和改造试验所得到的。此外，着重介绍为满足大管径生产而设计改造的两个特殊装置。

This paper describes one kind of loosing tube production line for Φ8～Φ12mm large size optical fiber ribbon, including the process flow of the production line,redundancy generation principle and control method for redundancy. Some of the results have been from the actual production and renovation experiments for more than two years. In addition, the paper offers the detailed informations about the two specially designed and renovated devices for large size tube production.
