对脑卒中患者家庭主要照顾者中医康复护理知识宣教的效果

Effects of Rehabilitation Nursing Knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Main Family Caregivers of Stroke Patients

目的了解脑卒中患者家庭主要照顾者的中医康复护理知识掌握及需求情况,以便更有针对性地开展护理宣教。方法采用方便取样法对上海某社区的30名脑卒中患者家庭主要照顾者进行护理宣教,并在宣教前后实施问卷调查。结果宣教前脑卒中患者主要照顾者的脑卒中相关护理认知程度普遍较低,宣教后各项脑卒中中医护理知识水平较宣教前有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论依据分类指导和简单明了、循序渐进的原则向脑卒中患者主要照顾者进行相关疾病知识宣教及操作指导,可提高其相关疾病中医护理知识认知水平及康复技能,有利于患者的居家康复。

Objective To perform targeted nursing promotion by comprehending the needs of rehabilitation of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） nursing knowledge for the main family caregivers of stroke patients.Methods Using the Cluster sampling method,a pre-intervention questionnaire survey and nursing promotion were conducted in the main family caregivers of 30 stroke patients in a community of Shanghai before and after the nursing promotion.Results The understanding rate related to stroke knowledge in the main caregivers before nursing intervention was not optimistic,and the states of nursing knowledge of TCM on stroke were significantly improved after the nursing promotion（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Based on the principles of classified guidance,simple,gradual and orderly progress,strok-related education and performance guidance on the main family caregivers can improve the cognitive level of nursing-related knowledge of TCM and rehabilitation,which facilitates patients＇ home rehabilitation.
