摘要
目的调查分析军校护生考前睡眠质量。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)量表,调查235名1~3年级护理本科生期末考试前1个月的睡眠质量,以PSQI得分≥8为睡眠障碍的标准。结果一、二、三年级军校护生考前睡眠障碍的发生率分别为6.9%、21.9%和39.1%;三年级护生在主观睡眠质量、睡眠时间和日间功能等方面的得分均高于一、二年级护生,二年级、三年级护生的睡眠障碍得分高于一年级护生,三年级护生的PSQI总分高于一年级护生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论严格遵守良好的作息规律有利于提高睡眠质量;但在外界存在一定强度的应激时,可根据学生的学业负担和心理特征等适当调整作息时间。
Objective To study the pre-test sleep quality of the nursing students of military academy.Methods A total of 235 nursing undergraduates of grade 1~3 in military academy were evaluated with Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) on their sleeping quality 1 month before test with the score of PSQI≥8 as a standard for poor sleep.Results The incidence rates of sleep dysfunction of grade 1,2 and 3 were 6.9%,21.9%,39.1% respectively before test.The scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep time and daytime function were significantly higher in the grade 3 students than in the grade 1 and 2 students.The scores of sleep dysfunction were significantly higher in the grade 2 and 3 students than in the grade 1 students.The total scores of PSQI were significantly higher in the grade 3 students than in the grade 1 students.Conclusion Regular work and rest will help improve sleep quality.Under certain external stress,the schedule should be adjusted in complying with the major premise and the student’s academic burden and psychological characteristics.
