加强护理礼仪培训的措施与体会

Practice and Experience of Nursing Rite Training

目的规范护理礼仪培训,提升护理人员综合素质,实践优质护理服务。方法建立三级培训系统,制订常态化培训计划。运用灵活多样的培训方式进行护理礼仪培训,并完善礼仪培训考评机制。结果通过礼仪培训,护理人员塑造了良好的职业形象,强化了综合素质,增强了职业荣誉感。在礼仪培训前后,对患者及其家属进行了满意度调查,两次调查总体满意度分别为91.0%和97.7%。结论将护理礼仪与护理人文建设相结合,可有效提高护理服务质量,实践优质护理服务。

Objective To regulate nursing rite training,improve the comprehensive quality of the nursing staff,and practice high quality nursing service.Methods A tertiary training system was established and a training normalization programme was formulated. Flexible types of nursing rite training methods were adopted to improve the training evaluation mechanisms of feedback.Results Nursing rite training created a good professional image,improved the comprehensive quality of the nursing staff,enhanced nurses the professional honor,promoted nursing services and increased the patient satisfaction.Before and after the nursing rite training,the patients and their families were surveyed on satisfaction.The overall satisfaction of the two surveys were 91.0% and 97.7% respectively.Conclusion Combing construction of nursing rite and humanities can effectively promote nursing services,improve the nursing quality.
