摘要
用放射免疫分析法(RIA)检测了不同日粮饲喂的3组产蛋鸡不同生长时期血清激素的变化。结果发现,日粮中的高钙因素并未影响血清甲状腺素(T4)和胰岛素的含量,而生长激素的测定值则小于RIA药盒的测量下限。
The changes of three kinds of hormones were detected with RIA method.The results suggested that the factor of dietary calcium did not affect the concentration of serum thyroxine and insulin but that of growth hormone in serum was lower than the least limited record in RIA kit.
