摘要
介绍了现代建筑隔震、控振技术，同时对邮电建筑和通信设备安装在隔震、控振方面的应用研究提出一些设想。
It brings forward the techniques of seism deadening and shock controlling for modern buildings and also puts forward some tentative plans for the application research of the building of posts and telecommunications and the communication equipment installation of posts and telecommunications.
